Hoist Fitness M1 multi-Gym – a variety of exercise possibilities, just like in a gym

The Hoist Fitness Mi1 Multi-Gym is a compact fitness studio for everyday use in your own home. With this extensive multifunctional gym, you can train all muscle groups in a targeted manner. The various attachments and adjustment options for pushing or pulling give you an incredible variety of exercises for your chest, shoulder or back muscles. The M1 also includes a cable pull that offers you additional exercise options for the upper and lower body. To complete your personal whole-body training, you must also include the lower body. This is where seated leg extensions and standing hamstring stretches come in. If that is not enough, you can also upgrade the M1 multi-gym by adding a leg press and weights from 68.4 kilograms (150 lbs) to 90.7 kilograms (200 lbs).
